Spring Sneakers, Shanghai

Although the weather and outerwear are still a bit dreary here in Shanghai, I did notice some pops of color in terms of footwear:

It’s a relief to finally see some color around town, especially since it has been raining for the past few weeks and most Chinese people are wearing their inevitably boring and bland rain and cold weather gear… But seeing these colors today have given me hope that Spring is just around the corner!

And this little man was not only sporting colorful sneakers but also some cool shades, although there wasn’t much sun in the subway… But perhaps he’s just anticipating the nice, sunny weather Shanghai is (hopefully) about to experience!

Happy Spring everyone!!
