Rain, Rain Go Away, Xin Tian Di

It’s been raining for a month straight in Shanghai, and I’m so ready for it to stop. The only thing that makes it somewhat bearable is the fact that when it rains, Chinese people break out their ponchos, which come in all colors of the rainbow… All the colors are a welcome relief from the very, very bland winter sartorial landscape, but it is still raining…..

I mean, brightly colored ponchos can only brighten up my day so much… But it’s supposed to be sunnier this weekend, and I’m going to take full advantage if it is and take a ton of pictures, since I’ve been hibernating this winter and generally refusing to brave the rain and cold. It’s March, it should be Spring already!!

So happy Friday, and happy Spring everyone!
